What to write to us about
Anything to do with this site. A game that will not load or behaves oddly, a score that recorded wrongly, a display name that should be reported, a question about what we store, a correction to something we have written, or a request about your own data.
It helps to tell us which game, what you were doing, and which browser and device you were using. A screenshot is welcome but never required.
What to expect
We are a small independent publisher, so we do not staff a support desk around the clock. We aim to answer within a few working days. Reports about display names or leaderboard abuse are looked at sooner, because those affect other players.
A one-time code is a normal part of signing in: you ask for one, we email it to you, and you type it into the sign-in form on this site. What we will never do is ask you to send it back to us, or to tell us your password, in a reply, a report or any other message. Support and moderation never need either in order to help you, so a message asking you to disclose one did not come from us. Enter your code and your password only into the sign-in form here. There are no payments on this site, so we will never ask for a payment detail either.
Privacy requests
For anything about your data, including a request to know what we hold or to have something removed, use the same address and say what you are asking for. The privacy policy explains what is collected and why.
