Who we are
Blitzcade, an independent UK arcade publisher. We build and publish the games on this site ourselves, and we run the site itself: the pages, the leaderboards and the code that serves them. Everything here is free to play.
We are a small operation rather than a studio with a press office. That shapes what we make: short games that load quickly and never require an account before they will let you play. An optional account exists for the leaderboards, and nothing else on the site depends on it.
What we publish
The catalogue covers arcade and reflex games, puzzles, memory games and two first-person shooters. Each game has its own page describing how it plays, what the controls are and what it does with your data, and a separate page where the game itself runs.
Two titles carry a content advisory. Where a game is more intense than the rest of the catalogue we say so plainly on its page rather than leaving you to find out, and we state clearly that our advisory is our own judgement rather than a formal age rating.
How we handle your data
We keep the data collection deliberately small. Most of what a game remembers — your settings, your progress and your best scores — stays in your own browser. If you choose to create a leaderboard account, your best scores for the games you submit are also held on our server so they can appear on a public board and follow you to another device.
That account is optional and uses an email address. The sign-in form may offer a one-time code sent to that address, or a password if you have set one. Analytics are off until you agree to them, and you can change that decision at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer of any page.
Advertising is not currently active anywhere on this site. The privacy policy sets out what is collected, why, and what your choices are.
