How to play 2048 Fusion

2048 Fusion is the sliding-tile merge puzzle, with streak scoring on top. Equal numbers combine when they collide, and the goal is the 2048 tile — though the real skill is keeping the board workable long enough to get there.

How to play

• Swipe up, down, left or right to slide every tile that way.
• Two tiles with the same number merge into their double.
• On a keyboard, use the arrow keys or WASD.
• U or Z undoes your last move.
• The game ends when no move can change the board.

Tips

• Pick one corner and keep your largest tile there for the whole game. Almost every high score is built this way.
• Once you have chosen a corner, avoid the direction that would pull your big tile out of it. Most losses start with one careless swipe in that direction.
• Build your big numbers along a single edge so they merge in sequence rather than stranding a large tile in the middle of the board.
